Default Return for crappy earpiece sound?

Is it possible to get an exchange on a Note 2 for the earpiece sounding like a blown speaker?

Sent from my SPH-L900 using xda app-developers app

If its still under warranty, or you have insurance on it.

NO, they "fixed" it. Reported to have replaced the earpiece/headphone jack assembly, and also replaced the power button. Oh, and I got a new stylus!

...but the earpiece still sounds like crap.

Oh, I'm running 4.3 stock. I already went through all the settings to try different things. Like I said, external speaker sound great.

I would go back in and talk to the Store Manager. Tell him it still sounds like crap...sounds like the mother board to me...you have the insurance and *should* get another phone.

I wasn't able to get back till today, but the tech guy has ordered me a replacement. It will be delivered to me by Wednesday.
Thanks for the advice!

New phone arrived, sound is better.
So YES. You CAN return a Note 2 for bad call quality.
IF you have insurance.
