The first comments reported a laggy but promising ROM, but I don't know if it worthes the pain to flash something on my broken device... Is it really smooth, because all the PAC Roms I used previously were laggy on low-end devices ?

Used to from the first 3 builds I think. But the last 2 builds were awesome. I'm using it right now w/o 3rd party tweaks or scripts.
For me it's smoother than carbon, although I haven't tested the lastest carbon build.
