[Q] Simple tethering question.

I'm new to T-Mobile and can't really find a clear answer on this. Once aftermarket firmware (like cyanogen or any other custom rom) is installed, does the tethering limit be bypassed that is put in place by T-Mobile? Is there any way around that?

nope it's not. You're still online through their servers. So they'll know how much data you use
