stock rom 4.3 to 4.4,xxx

just one thing
i got gt i9505 gsm and got stock rom 4.3 i wish to go on 4.4.xxx
question is i alredy root and twrp 2.7... if i go to 4.4.. MUST i flash modem and boot loader or not
and if i flash that i will never go on 4.3 bicouse bootloader is updadate?
i got twrp latest 2.7 can i use same for flashing custom roms?is it ebter than philz?
and where i put files both(modem boot loader ) in pda section or other section?
2. if i flsh some rom4.3 custom must i same do thing flsth new modem and bootloader or not
i ask this bicouse i think taht some people dont read posts to well
and i ask for self to do nothing stupid whit phone (brick or go to garbge)

Yes, you can use TWRP to flash ROM, there lots KNOX-free ROM you can use without flashing bootloader.

how to know what is free of knox or not some expenetion? sugest
then i dont need to flash boot loader my and modem?

i see on site of samsung update to 4.4.2 iwill update then again root and tahts easy way then do this bah....sory for time you spend on me

Toy dint bend to flash modem or bootloader they are the oart of rom but once you updated to 4.4.x you can't downgrade and 4.4.2 has camera bug draining battery by using all cores Samsung is currently fixing this issue in coming update 4.4.3...
