Default How do I install older OTA?

I am running update 63 and 72 has downloaded.
How can I install 68 instead?

You need to be running a linux box, using cygwin, or emulating linux windows. Download the shield recovery files extract using linux and flash in fastboot. Therrs instructions where u download the recovery images. Or my shield ram tool is currently using update 68 and you could use that to flash it.
