Default 3 Dot Nav Bar Menu Button Not Showing Up Enough.

So far, I've only gotten it to show up in this app. Is there a way without root (who am I? Not rooting a phone?!) to get it to show up more? Thanks!

The NavBar Menu overflow button should only appear when the application you're in doesn't have a native way of accessing the menu. It won't be visible except under those conditions.

There are root methods to make it show up all the time, but the way things are now, it will only appear when it's actually needed.
