Information bar will disappear permanently

I hope someone knows a simple solution to my problem! I start the phone and after about 3-5 minutes, the banner will disappear from the top! Restarts there again! However, I can not receive calls after the disappearance!

Try to flash via odin or change your rom. There maybe a bug in the SystemUI. apk
