I would just flash the new firmware, and if it still doesn't work, just play stupid they would return it...

totally agree, they should replace it, without any issues, they never look at anything, just would flash the firmware first, to clean everything else out.

tried this rom after wiping everything including delvik cache rom installed 100% fine until it become at sprint activation page and there she holds a blank screen after i click auto login and i waited for 5 minutes but still blank so i turned off the tab and turned on again then rom stuck at yellow sprint bootup screen i waited 5 minutes again but no luck then i flashed back the original stock rom
