You should not be having this problem, but if you ever want to skip past the startupwizard just use the clockwise 1 2 3 4 steps from THIS thread

Default Update! 2-28

AOKP Jewel Nightly 2.28-NEW_FORMAT
http://d-h.st/Cyr

-THIS UPDATE REQUIRES THAT YOU HAVE INSTALLED THE LATEST RUU OR UPGRADE PROCESS TO THE NEW PARTITION LAYOUT WITH THE SENSE 5 4.3 UPDATE!!!
-This is the latest stage of AOKP sources synced 2.28
-No more roaming R indicator! (thanks to @Captain_Throwback)
-added new blobs and keys from 4.3 update (thanks to @Captain_Throwback)

Because this has the newest blobs the baseband version should read fine now.

Tell me this ROM is still being worked on. I loved it on my G2 but sadly it's being fixed, so here I am on my EVO for the time being, enjoying it greatly.

I "Could" build it, but I just released a build of AICP which is AOKP with tons of extras added.
