But zip them to .tar is wrong
I need zip them to .tar

Why dont you just flash the whole package? The single file. What reason do you have to need to flash them individually? Sorry i dont understand what you are trying to achieve really

I just only flash 3 file (exclude bootloader)
I had to keep bootloader because i dont want to lost my warranty

I didnt think Kitkat booted on the JB bootloader? I thought it just stuck at the boot logo.
