Battery not reporting real value

Sorry if this sounds like a n00b question, but my X+'s battery is going crazy.

Example: Using the phone @ 40% reboot, it went down to 4.

Using the phone @ 30%, went down to "0%", auto shutdown, I powered it on again, back to 5, drop to 3 in 2 secs, and so on.

I tried calibrating the battery (which I've read it doesn't help) and shouldn't be ROM related. The last time I had this bug, it's RECOVERY related (no offence, it's PhilZ's one). Sounds strange, right? But this time I'm on Lloir's CWM (not problematic) for 4.4 and using CM11 20140412. It happened since my last ARHD ROM.

Any ideas? Or should I go buy a new battery
