The phone is fine, it still be recognized in Fastboot or Flashtool.

To resurrect it I flashed back just the kernel from stock FTF and it is back like new, I did not lose anything too.

BTW, I think I give up, if we try to inject the Kernel it just don't boot, even if we do not executing the patch it self, the kernel just don't want to be touched.

As far as i read on a previous page one guy made a mod(near to what you want) for SGS3 and it was only some bins and a init.d file... No need to modify the kernel, so if one guy did for S3 i think maybe it can be ported to work with other phones.
