Hey All,
What do you believe it would take to build IP Control into the Amazon Fire TV. Right now it is difficult to control the Amazon Fire TV unless you use the Amazon Remote Control. It would be good to build support to control the Amazon Fire TV over IP (basic control as well as the ability to directly launch apps, etc if possible).

Roku has an SDK to do this so Roku right now is much better in many ways to that accord.

Anyone have an idea where I would have to look to get started or would like to start the discussion to make this happen?

My guess it would be building a server mapping IP Commands to the Bluetooth Control Stack?

And no I don't want to hear about flirc ... We can do better than that .. Let's get real ip control of this unit ...

Y'all tell me what it will take - there's a large community of custom installers out there than now need to integrate with this platform.
