Default [PLEASE CLOSE][Q] Custom ROM's first boot takes very long

Hi. Yesterday I rooted a P6 (U06) and I flashed official KitKat Beta. Today I installed TWRP and flashed a custom ROM. I accidentally wiped everything, including Android OS. Quickly, I plugged the SD card to my PC and copied again the zip, then flashed successfully. I wiped dalvik and cache, but, the first boot takes very long. This is not my phone, I own a Nexus 4, and I know it doesn't takes longer than 5 minutes to boot, but it's stuck in the boot animation since about 2 hours. I turned it off and wiped the dalvik/cache and rebooted. I don't know if it's normal it takes so long. Did I make something wrong? Thanks.

Sorry if my English is bad, I'm from Spain

I finally fixed it. I installed another ROM and then, wiped the data/cache/dalvik and installed again the ROM. If any mod read this, please close the thread.
