:crying:My C6833 LTE can't connect to flashmode to flash FTF.:crying:

I try with sony update service and Flashtool 0.9.15.0, all don't recognize my z ultra.

I can connect to fastboot mode by pressing volume up.

But can't connect to flashmode by pressing volume down.

Firmware version is 14.3.A.0.757

Kernel version is jackie099@ubuntu #1

Thank for any feedback.

Are you sure that your flashtool drivers are installed? Check device manager in windows.

I installed Z ultra drive by using flashtool-driver. but my device manager have one unknown USB device.

Early time I used flashtool to flash FTF and also used Sony Update Service and PCC.

How can I install flash driver manually?

Thank for your reply!

Or if you are using Windows 8 you need to reboot it in "special" mode which enables ability to install unsigned drivers.

Yes.
Download newer flash drivers from chrome and install them on windows 8.
I know because I use Windows 8.

Download the file and when it finished downloading then click on the file you just downloaded and install it with install wizard if you use Windows 8;)

Click THANKS if I've helped you :p

You need a newer flash drivers.

Sent from my GT-I9001 using xda app-developers app

My window is window 7 64bit. Where can I get new flashtool driver?

I already install z ultra driver by using flashtool-driver from Flashtool Version 0.9.15.0 built on 15-03-2014 23:00:00.
A few time I already flash 757 ftf, but yesterday I notice my computer dont know flash mode of Z ultra.

Now OK. May be fastboot drivers are haywire after windows update. I reinstall all firstboot/flashboot drivers from flashtool. Now my Z Ultra can flash FTF.
