I'm currently running cm-11-20140415-NIGHTLY-n7100.zip with GApps downloaded from here.
And they work perfectly. (Y)

Yup I got the full stock package but all of them should work fine.
Also I recommend updating your cm version, just install the package from the recovery with no wiping data.

Then:
Backup and reset [from settings] this will erase all data.

If this didn't work then the following steps are my last solution:
1. Download this, it's CM11 (Latest Nightly Version)
2. Go here, download your preferred GApps Package.
3. Put the downloaded files on your external SD.
4. Back-up your data.
5. Get into the recovery mode:
-Wipe data / factory reset
-advanced > wipe dalvik cache, then go back
-install zip > choose the downloaded files directory and install CM then GApps
- Reboot.
Don't thank me, the button is more valuable to me.
