I just bought my one yesterday from Verizon. Is there a way to hide the screen buttons so all apps can be used in full screen without rooting? Also does anyone know when Verizon will push out the update for extreme power saving features?

Also how do I root this phone? I don't plan on adding custom kernels or roms for a long time.
