I'm trying to get the actual stock recovery for the VZW M8 due to a hardware issue with my device. I'll need to swap it out due to warranty but I'm unable to do so with the stock recovery that I downloaded from this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2710735

Right now, I have the bootloader re-locked, and s-on, but when I go to factory reset (either while booted into the OS or in the bootloader) it simply reboots the phone into my current bootloader and does not format the data / cache.

Maybe I'm just doing something wrong here. Can anyone help?
