Default Service shuts down when putting phone to sleep

My carrier is Ultra which is a MVNO of T-Mobile. I recently flashed the Skynote N3 ROM on my TMO Note 2. Everything went fine except when I turn off the phone (sleep) and turn it back on using the power button/home button, it has a censor sign over where the signal bar is supposed to be. When I unlokc the phone and wait about 10 seconds it goes back to normal. Any ideas?

My device name shows the SGH-I317 but I'm SGH-T889 so maybe I installed the wrong version of Skynote?
Build: SN Air Note3.G1.5
Kernel verson: unavailable

SkyNote doesn't have a SGH-T889 build. The usual build is an AT&T build as it seems you have flashed. You could change the build prop indicate your device.

Flash the UVUCMK7 modem. The one you are running is for a 4.1.2 rom and you are running a 4.3 rom.

Hastily spouted for your befuddlement
