FYI, with wifi optimization off, wifi doesn't appear to die anymore with the test build, but power draw is up from 35 to 50.

@flintman could Bluetooth have been effected by anything you pushed? I installed 04/16 and for the 1st time seem tone having trouble pairing BT devices. Devices that never had problems before. I'm going to keep testing, but the only issue I've had thus far. Even tried restoring pairings from titanium after wiping to no avail.
