Accidentally uninstall stock launcher!

Hi I have an J-One chinese phone.

Accidentally uninstall stock launcher and after that my phne wont boot.
Freeze on Android logo.

When i press buttons the device vibrate and i can hear the boot sound.

Can you help me how can restore the factory rom or hust the Launcer?

Reboot to recovery..wipe data and cache then it will back to factory state

Not right. U have a cwm recovery, then use aroma filemanager and copy a launcher.apk (ur choice what for a one) in system/app and set the right permission.

I do not have access to the operating system so I can not try to solve the aroma file manager.
When i plug my device on my computer (windows 7 x64) device manager shows Spreadtrum phone with ! and device is not recognized as well.

Android system recovery (3e)
So, when i press power button by holding volume down, Android system recovery (3e) is showing up.
