What exactly is the hole on the bottom right if the device (facing from the front) next to the S Pen for? Some say it's a third microphone and others say it's a hydrometer. Which is it?

A hydrometer as a feature on a phone. That would be a new one... It would certainly come in handy in the lab.

Before I got this phone I watched lots of review videos to make sure I really wanted it. Most of them said it was a microphone, but one of them said it was a hydrometer or something like that. I just wanted to clear up what it was.

Why exactly does this phone need three microphones? I realize one is for noise cancelation, one is for picking up your voice, but what is the third one for?

This phone actually has one on top and bottom. This hole you are talking about is for noise cancelation.

The 2 mics (top and bottom) are for one of the features of the voice recorder to pic up voices from both sides. Say... In an interview.
