Hello! I have an HTC One Max and I want to downgrade it to 4.2 from 4.4 to be able to use this program I have to flash it. Just wondering if this is possible and if I have to be rooted to do so? Thanks!

Why not go to android 2.3.4... Gingerbread was the ****... I kid. No the phone never ran 4.2. 4.3 would be the latest. Why downgrade though?
