Question [Q]Alcatel One Touch Idol Mini swiftkey issue

I just got this phone and wonderful it has (an old version of) swiftkey built in, my problem: I bought swiftkey.

The version included with the phone wont update to the retail version, I installed the paid version and now I have 2 swiftkeys, I activate the paid one everytime I shutdown or restart the phone (defaults back to bundled)

I checked on apps and saw it could be disabled, and it worked, got it disabled and the only active swiftkey is the paid version.

Now everytime the phone reboots it will default to the android keyboard...

Any tips? the phone isnt rooted

Thanks!

My Idol Mini shows exactly the same behaviour.
I did test it with other keyboard apps (Smart Keyboard PRO, TouchPal X), but itīs the same.
I did also notice, that when I disable "Speech Input", it will be reenabled after reboot.

Default No answer from Alcatel

Tried several times to get in contact with Alcatel. Explained the issue.
But until now (3 weeks) no answer. Disappointing.

Update: Alcatel brought Software-Update: 01002
The notification LED now works with Whatsapp, but the issue with swiftkey is not solved.
