Seriously it still is present!! The purple glow on the deep blacks....
The biggest set back on the Amoled screens!

Any solution?? Anybody else having this issue...

That is not black crushing, you mean smearing?

It is because since s4, full black color will turn off the pixel so need more time to turn it on again.

You can use Screen Adjuster from playstore, read below thread.

Maybe you've got a bad unit cause I don't have it on my S5.
Current device: Black Samsung Galaxy S5 GM-900F
Previous: Black mist Samsung Galaxy S4 i9500 and Pebble blue Samsung Galaxy S3 I9300.

Can't see anything either, all I can see is an insanely gorgeous screen.

But then again, I never was very OCD.
