I rooted my phone and now I can't turn it on

I rooted my lg optimus g (e970) and removed a bunch of the preinstalled apps that are supposed to be unremovable such as youtube and the at&t navigator, etc. I then set the cpu to be about 900 (no idea what that means but I think it was ghz). I restated my phone to see if the boot up would increase but it says "security error" under the LG logo and won't turn on. I don't care if I have to reset everything I just don't want to have to take it to an at&t place or get it replaced! I backed all of the stuff I cared about up.
