Try flashing your own country firmware with the correct CSC and you should get that option back.

Unzip and now follow the below instructions very carefully.

Fire up your Odin
Make sure Auto-reboot is unmarked, IMPORTANT!
Press PDA and select the recovery.tar.md5 file you have just downloaded and unpacked.
Now flash the file to your phone.
After the flash has finished, you MUST go DIRECTLY to RECOVERY MODE!
When in Recovery Mode, the phone should automatically flash something on your device.
When it has finished, the phone will reboot automatically...hopefully.
And that should be it.

I take no credit for the above, I just found it here on XDA and rewrote it for better understanding.
Please try it and report back. Because if it works, I put it in the OP.
Regards.
I now have even flashed the original recovery and get it
still the same error as before

Did you notice if it flashed something when you went to Recovery mode, before it rebooted.
Otherwise, try flashing your original T-Mobile firmware and after the setup is done, check Recovery mode. If OK, flash the KNOX OUT according to instructions.

My steps

1. flash I9506XXUBNA2_I9506DTMBNA1_I9506XXUBML2_HOME.tar.md 5 in Odin
2. Reboot system
3. The error in recovery are still present
4. Download Mode
5. flash with odin the file >>4.3 KNOX OUT - Stable release.<< Auto Reboot square is unmarked.
6. DIRECTLY to DOWNLOAD mode again
7. flash with Odin the file >>DTMBNA1--------> Combined CSC/Hidden image only for GT-I9506DTMBNA1 - Germany - T-Mobile.<< Auto Reboot square is unmarked
8. go directly to RECOVERY MODE
9. Reboot sytem
10. reboot Recovery: The error in recovery are still present

I just now researched and found out something that many people have the problem
have from 4.2 to 4.3!

This is indeed very strange. I have to ask you if you at any time have made a factory restore.
I suggest you try that after installing the original firmware.
See ya
