Yes, OSP is awesome. I use it at my desk with a bluetooth headset (Logitec H600) and it is totaly handsfree.

Is it impossible to get this (or something similar) working on the Sprint LG G2? I could really benefit from something like this. Any suggestions?

I have used other screen to phone programs like this but didn't get much use out of it because the response was so slow. I used
TeamViewer 8. I played around with it for a few days and then uninstalled.

The screen is broken and I have to send it in for repair. I would love to access the OSP so I could do a backup of my phone. But I am not able to get on because I have to "accept" the connection on the phone to allow it to connect to computer.

Any idea how I can get connected??

Yes. Get a USB OTG, connect a USB mouse and hit the accept button using the mouse. I have done it and can confirm it works.

Anyone with D802 + Kit Kat and it works?
what ROM do you have( even if stock, what country is the phone from, for what country the ROM is)?

Mine is D802 United Arab Emirates version but I flushed European Kit Kat because I needed Hebrew support.
I don't have the option / feature available in menus

Update:
found a decent alternative!
