Can I get the OTA and still root and install recovery?

I believe Ioroot still works, not sure if you can install recovery after taking the OTA?

Yes I believe the AutoRec app will. It still ends up flashing the 12B bootloader and laf though. http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2715496

Pretty sure it's doing that for you behind the scenes. I used ioroot25 to root 24A and AutoRec to put TWRP back, worked great.

Correct. It does that behind the scenes as that's the last aboot that can be Loki'd
