USB will charge but won't recognize that my phone is connected with usb debugging on. I am already S-off and rooted and can't even fastboot flash anything. Any ideas?

Did you install HTC drivers? If not you need to. But then, how were you able to root and s-off without installing it first... hmmm..

Yeah idk what happened. Almost seems like a hardware issue, but without having usb access idk how I can unroot and s-on to return it
