Computer won't recognize phone

USB will charge but won't recognize that my phone is connected with usb debugging on. I am already S-off and rooted and can't even fastboot flash anything. Any ideas?

should mention that it did work at one point

Did you install HTC drivers? If not you need to. But then, how were you able to root and s-off without installing it first... hmmm..

Yeah idk what happened. Almost seems like a hardware issue, but without having usb access idk how I can unroot and s-on to return it
