Default Computer won't recognize phone

USB will charge but won't recognize that my phone is connected with usb debugging on. I am already S-off and rooted and can't even fastboot flash anything. Any ideas?

Did you install HTC drivers? If not you need to. But then, how were you able to root and s-off without installing it first... hmmm..
