Problem with diag file (PG88DIAG.nbh)

Hello.
I have, a question: Is there anyone who would have the problem that I have? When I run the file (PG88DIAG.nbh) in bootloader of course, screen shows me a red font message " IMEI NotAllowed" and below my imei number. I search google but i can not find anything

Does your imei sticker on the phone match the number given?

Yes. I have this telephone since it was new. I got it from the operator (Tmobile).

Also do you have the xtc clip attached to the device while running the diag.nbh?
