i bought Samsung Galaxy S III Mini/GT-I8190 yesterday and i want to hard reset it.
so i turned my phone off and pressed volume down + home + power buttons for 10 seconds and more...
but after that a screen with a box appears for some seconds and is gone. just that!!!!!!!!
also i tried volume up + home + power buttons for download mode.(i want download mode for odin and hard reset using with odin)
but i could n't go to download mode.
i have moborobo installed in my system and every thing is ok about that. means it can recognize my phone.
would you please to give me a solution for fix recovery and download modes and hard reset my phone?

if you want know that you have a original Samsung phone, unplug your battery and then you will see on the back page of your phone the product model, serial number, IMEI etc.
