The nexus 5 works with the Galaxy gear 2.

Download: http://www.mediafire.com/download/yo...Manager1_2.apk

Install it like a regular application, DO NOT unzip, just install and follow the steps inside the app

If it works perfectly with the Nexus 5, I'll be going to Best Buy shortly.

Dont, no way to get apps other than what is installed there. non-touchwiz Samsung Apps apk does not show anything when you open it.

I can confirm that the Gear Manager software installs on the HTC One M8 as well, and that you can get all notifications from the phone on the Gear 2 Neo.

However, I haven't tried getting apps on the Gear 2 and am not (particularly) confident.
