after rooting, display problem!

After rooting and removing some applications my lg g flex diaplay is blinking randomly. Is this a manufacturing fault of my phone or for rooting it is occuring?

you probably removed something you shouldn't have...rooting doesnt cause the display to blink..

Restored all the the deleted apps but the display blinking problem still remaining!

Disable xposed and see if that fixes it. It's only blinking in the app drawer right?
