[Q] Gapps server error after factory reset

I have recently aquired a Verizon GS3 with broken IMEI to replace my sister's shattered flip phone until her upgrade comes in June. After taking it to the Verizon Store and having the guy factory reset and activate it to her number, I tried to go onto gapps and immediately noticed the "Server Error" message.

Before it was factory reset I had the roaming notification but Gapps and service worked fine for me.

I was wondering what steps I need to take in order to get gapps up and running again.

I have tried the clear gapps cache, clear download cache and enable it, and clear play services cache to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
