installed latest nightly with mardons kernel and maybe have 1-2 reboots a day,, a lot more stable just waiting to a patched services.jar for it and all would be good,,, just a question for the devs, patching the services.jar could that be done in the source before compiling???

If you don't want your phone reboots you must disable zram! I don't know why it is enabled by default and why it isn't configurable in settings but I've disabled it and my phone doesn't reboot anymore .
You can disable zram by this command:

swapoff /dev/block/zram0

You can run this command on terminal at each boot or you can insert this command line in a script to automatically disable zram on boot.
