Default [Q] Keyboard mic button options

I've looked everywhere I can think of and didn't see this answered anywhere. I'm using stock jellybean 4.3 and my keyboard button with the mic doesn't have the options of replacing the mic with a different key such as comma and question mark. Does anyone know how I can get those options back? Picture shows what I'm talking about better.

I'm tracking that there is something like it on the right side of the keyboard. But what I'm looking for is the option to replace the mic with a different punctuation. The key on the right side isn't able to be changed, the one on the left should be able to. Picture for reference.

Both running 4.3 only difference is one is a SCH-I605 and the other is a SHV-E250S. Which is a bigger difference than I thought I guess :-/
