[Q] Where's the menu button?

Some of the apps I'm used to don't do the virtual button Android added a few versions ago. I've got basically three buttons: Home, task manager and back. Swiping in from the edge, a la Kindle Fire, only works on the right, and that's basically a launcher.

I'm accustomed to having four: menu, home, back and search. Even on the Kindle, you swipe up and get them.

HTF do I get to "menu"?
