Default [Q] replace battery

I see on eBay u now can buy stock HTC one(m7) battery replacements. Have any of u done this yet. I would like to. I think my battery has lost about %15 of its life sence I bought my phone. I really don't want to buy a new one cause this phone is still fast even underclocked. I want anyone's thoughts on this.

Replacement can only be done by HTC ... because the phone can't be opened by yourself ...
