Default Help. About my sdcard.

First, sorry for my english.
I have some problem with my sdcard.
I have a external sdcard in my xperia sp.
when I connect my xp to computer and open the 'sdcard' file
i find this
This file is the one that found in my phone named 'sdcard'
however, the other files in the sdcard cannot be open , copy or move to another file.
It even showed this
The other files have not be counted.
The file initially in my sdcard have move to another folder

I can load those photos in album but I want to move them back to the sdcard.
I don't know what should I do, will all the things in my sdcard disappeared? Can i get back all the things in the sdcard?
Please help me, if you don't understand my poor english, ask me . Please help me><
