The title basically explains the question.

Obviously everyone has noticed the notification light doesn't work very well on the stock Sense roms. Those of you that have converted to GPE using the RUU or have flashed a rom, does it work any better?

I'd flash a GPE rom myself, but I'm gonna try to exchange the phone tomorrow for build quality issues, so I want it to be unmodified. I'm hoping that the led works better on non-sense roms so I can just flash that and be done with it.

Notification light works fine for me. I didn't have sense on here long enough to compare but am on gpe and seems to work just fine.

Does it flash for everything? Right now it only turns Amber when charging and green when charged. Doesn't light up for anything else. So if it works the way it's supposed to, once I get my replacement I'm rooting and flashing a rom.

I did the conversion to GPE and the notification led does not work at all. Only goes on when charging.

Native gpe here, notification light flashes green for notifications, solid amber while charging, solid green when battery is finished charging.

Silly question, but, uh, you did enable it for notifications in settings, yes?
