If asking about installing on a desktop/laptop PC? This would be the wrong forum or at least definitely the wrong section to talk about this topic.

If asking can you install Windows as an alternative OS on an Android smartphone? You can't.

The closest you can get to Windows desktop on a smartphone natively is running a Windows image in an emulator/virtual machine application like Bochs, Qemu or Dosbox Turbo. And even then you could only run Windows 95, 98 or XP at this time.

For more info about Bochs, Qemu check out this thread - http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1389700

Or try your luck with Dosbox - https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...ishstix.dosbox
