Here we have RUUs for both the Sprint HTC One M8 Harman model & the non-HK model. These RUUs are for the Sprint model ONLY. You must flash the appropriate RUU for your handset unless you have superCID. If you have superCID, you can flash either RUU.

For superCID, use this fastboot cmd: fastboot oem writecid 11111111

HUGE Thanks to the dude who hooked me up, you're awesome!

Previous RUUs

Sprint_HTC_One_M8_3.30.651.2_RUU.zip

Sprint_HTC_One_M8_Harman_2.16.654.4_RUU.zip

Sprint_HTC_One_M8_2.16.651.4_RUU.zip

Sprint_HTC_One_M8_1.54.651.10_RUU.zip

Sprint_HTC_One_M8_1.54.651.8_RUU.zip

How to use:

-using 7zip, extract 0P6BIMG.zip to ext sd card
-boot into bootloader
-make sure hboot is highlighted, press power button
-it will scan your ext_sd card, then ask if you want to start the update
-press volume up & let it do it's thing...

Alternative Method

-Download Generic Firmware Update Utility (FUU)
-Extract generic_FUU.zip to a folder on pc
-Using 7zip, extract 0P6BIMG.zip (RUU) to this folder
-Rename the 0P6BIMG.zip to rom.zip, FUU will not run w/o the rom.zip, there must only be one rom.zip
-Run ARUWizard.exe & follow the steps

Sprint_HTC_One_M8_Harman_1.54.654.9_RUU.zip

-extract zip to a folder on your pc
-from pc, run ARUWizard.exe from the extracted folder. it will run the RUU utility & flash the stock 1.54.654.9 ROM

Flash Firmware via Hboot (requires micro sd card)....

-rename firmware to 0P6BIMG.zip

Flash Firmware via fastboot, no ext sd card needed....

-rename firmware to firmware.zip
-copy firmware.zip to your sdk folder
-boot into bootloader
-plug in usb

If you get the Side by Side Configuration error while using the RUU you need to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Dist.

nice!

btw.. I think you can get rid of that warning message by deleting Udove.apk and Udove.odex (backup before doing so since I'm going off memory).
