Default [RUU][Firmware]Sprint HTC One M8 | 1.54.65x.x | 2.16.65x.4 | Decrypted | Stock Rooted

Here we have RUUs for both the Sprint HTC One M8 Harman model & the non-HK model. These RUUs are for the Sprint model ONLY. You must flash the appropriate RUU for your handset unless you have superCID. If you have superCID, you can flash either RUU.

For superCID, use this fastboot cmd: fastboot oem writecid 11111111

HUGE Thanks to the dude who hooked me up, you're awesome!

credit to @-viperboy- for decrypting, thanks!

Sprint_HTC_One_M8_Harman_1.54.654.15_RUU.zip

Sprint_HTC_One_M8_1.54.651.10_RUU.zip

How to use:

-extract 0P6BIMG.zip to ext sd card
-boot into bootloader
-make sure hboot is highlighted, press power button
-it will scan your ext_sd card, then ask if you want to start the update
-press volume up & let it do it's thing...

Previous RUUs

Sprint_HTC_One_M8_Harman_1.54.654.9_RUU.zip

-extract zip to a folder on your pc
-from pc, run ARUWizard.exe from the extracted folder. it will run the RUU utility & flash the stock 1.54.654.9 ROM

2.16.654.4 Full Firmware from OTA (fastboot flashable): http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23578570567713359

Here is the extracted Firmware for the non-Harman version:

2.16.651.4 Modified Firmware w/ modified hboot (no red text)....removed boot & recovery (fastboot flashable): http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23578570567714842 credit to @nfinitefx45 for the edited hboot, thx!

2.16.651.4 Full Firmware from OTA (fastboot flashable): http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23578570567713355

***NOTE*** for Harman Kardon Audio on the non-HK Model, you must flash this adsp firmware from the HK, credit to @Captain_Throwback for the flashable zip.

Easiest way to flash the firmware (requires micro sd card)....

-rename firmware to 0P6BIMG.zip
-copy 0P6BIMG.zip to ext_sd card
-boot into bootloader
-make sure hboot is highlighted, press power button
-it will scan your ext_sd card, then ask if you want to start the update
-press volume up & let it do it's thing...

alt method to flash firmware, no ext sd card needed....

-rename firmware to firmware.zip
-copy firmware.zip to your sdk folder
-boot into bootloader
-plug in usb
-select fastboot option (screen should say fastboot usb)
-type Fastboot oem rebootRUU
-when u see the black screen w/ HTC, type Fastboot flash zip firmware.zip
-when it's done, type Fastboot reboot

Here's a nice video from @thoughtlesskyle showing you how to flash the firmware:

nice!

btw.. I think you can get rid of that warning message by deleting Udove.apk and Udove.odex (backup before doing so since I'm going off memory).
