Default Internal Card error

I was getting a random reboot error, so I did a factory reset, and But now I'm getting an error that says EACCES Permission Denied.

I googled and searched for that issue, but it seems to be fixes only for External card. I'm getting the error for my internal however. Is there anyway to fix this?

I've already tried reinstalling my rom, clearing the cache, and dalvik.
