[Q] Samsung's useless support
Well, I've been having a few issues with my phone recently and I tried to contact Samsung multiple times to try and get some help. They did answer after a few tries, but their support is pretty much useless. They tried to help and then passed me on to another person who took 20 minutes to answer the phone and then said to take it into my local shop. I tried again and they basically said the same thing (to bring it into the shop).
What can I do.. I want to bring it into the shop, but I'm scared they'll take it and end up charging me hundreds to fix it.
