Unhappy I tried to Amazon's customer service to help me solve ROOT problems, but I failed

Please forgive me English too, but seems to be to unlock the device through the customer service
And my communication failed, I got the wrong person

Think he tried to contact Amazon Customer Service to gain some kind of access to the boot loader but he failed.
I'm probably wrong though...
