I have been going crazy for about a month trying to flash cm 10.1.3 on my kindle fire 2. First i rooted the kindle then i followed the steps here to get twrp. http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2100963 Since then i was not able to flash any roms or even go back to stock. I have tried KFfirstaid, http://n2aos.com/ recovery but I just get kindle error message. I reflash twrp and back to where i am now. I have twrp 2.6.3.1. If anyone could help that would be great.

That error basically means that rom is incompatible with your device. I recommend grabbing a copy of cm11 not cm 10.1 and flashing it, it has way more bug fixes and improvements than the old cm 10.1 builds.

You sure you are on a kindle fire 2 then? You can always go into fastboot and query "fastboot -i 0x1949 getvar product" and it will tell you the model's codename. Or just look for it in the build.prop on the system partition.
