Default Best Android OEM

Hi there!

As someone who is an audiophile, a casual photographer and an Android user in the past 4 years i'm on a quest to search for the "best" Android OEM. Now, i know there is no such thing as "best" but perhaps i can drop it down to "ideal" Android OEM.

As having had numerous Android phones i found out the 3 main "bread & butter" of what defines an Android phone are battery life, camera quality & audio quality. And for me this is all down to timely software and/or OS updates from either Google (with more or less of their own bloatware) or from user suggestions.

SO, in this research i would like to ask in your opinion which Android OEM so far has not reneged on its promises on timed/early/quick updates on their phones?

Which OEM updates their phone the quickest and listens to customers with complaints & suggestions?

Advice please. Thanks.
