Sadly you can not root the latest update as of yet, but it will come, I've been trying everything I can think of. Just be patient.

If you saw the last post in hashcodes's thread, they just rooted 11.3.3.2 on hd 2013... I'm sure 13.3.3.2 for hdx 7 and 14.3.3.2 for hdx 8.9 isn't that much different.

No, qualcomm and TI is not the same at all.
And I just cannot find any information about 13.3.3.2, as the latest update on Amazon website is 13.3.2.2
