Does anyone have a little mini-tutorial for noobs just exactly how to get the camera working?

Right now, I undestand it as downgrading to .290, wipe data/cache and then re-flash 757 with root (nuts method)? Or am i simply wrong?

Just try flashing again.. Eventually it will work... Or try another firmware.. Nordic worked for me

So. I will risk sounding like an idiot now, lol. But you mean, flashing a nonrooted firmware like those from the ftf collection?
After that, re-root it again? You don't mean the stripped ftfs right? Laugh if you need,
